Why am I getting an error in the Shopify theme editor?

With the release of the new Shopify theme editor (see the Shopify changelog), some Locksmith configurations might cause a "Something went wrong! Please refresh and try again." error to appear when customizing your theme.

If this is affecting you, open Locksmith, and click the "Help and support" link at the very bottom of the page. On the next screen, click the "Update Locksmith" button. This will prompt Locksmith to update its code in your theme, which will resolve the issue.
