Why can't I load the Locksmith app?

We've heard from a few merchants that they're having trouble loading Locksmith in Google Chrome. This seems to be only affecting a tiny percentage of users, but it is nonetheless an issue.

This is something we're working on resolving, for those users who are affected. In the meantime, please open Locksmith using another web browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari, or Edge), or another device.
